Acceptable Use Policy

This document is provided by Ironhorse Logic LLC (doing business as Shield Carriers) and is pending attorney review.

You agree not to use Shield Carriers, operated by Ironhorse Logic LLC (doing business as Shield Carriers), to:

  • Evade or delay lawful service of process or regulatory contact.
  • Ignore emergency services, DOT/PHMSA inspectors, or state safety authorities.
  • Hold a Twilio number we issued you after you cancel without updating your FMCSA filings to remove it.
  • Send spam, harass, or impersonate another carrier or broker.

Ironhorse Logic LLC (doing business as Shield Carriers) always passes through government, emergency, and consumer-complaint contacts regardless of your filter mode. Attempting to block these via custom rules is a violation of this policy.
