Features

Everything you need to stop the flood.

Your public DOT record leaks your contact info to every lead-list reseller out there. Here's exactly what Shield does about it — every capability is included on every plan.

01

A protected shield phone number

Publish a phone number you control on your DOT record instead of your cell. Calls can be blocked, filtered, or open. Your real cell stays private.

02

A protected shield email

A shield address you publish on your FMCSA record instead of your real inbox. Filter it independently from your phone. Your real inbox stays clean.

03

Separate control for calls, texts & email

Voice, SMS, and email each have their own mode — block all, filter, or allow all. Change it in two taps. Updates apply instantly.

04

Always-on safety allowlist

911, .gov / .mil, DOT, FMCSA, PHMSA, NCCDB, CHEMTREC, and the courts always get through. It cannot be disabled — by anyone.

05

Every call, text & email logged

See the sender, channel, time, and the exact rule that matched in your dashboard. Move real contacts to your allow list, junk to your block list.

06

MCS-150 update guide

A ready-to-copy block with your shield phone and email, plus a step-by-step guide to publish them on your FMCSA record yourself with Login.gov.

07

15-day number hold on cancellation

Cancel a paid plan with a shield phone number and we hold it for 15 days so you can update filings and resubscribe if you change your mind.

Common questions

Will brokers still reach me?+
Yes. Brokers and shippers you’ve worked with go on your allow list and ring straight through. A first-time broker who hits the filter presses 1 to connect, and the call shows in your dashboard so you can add them permanently. Cold dialers and robocalls don’t press 1 — they hang up.
Will FMCSA, DOT, inspectors, or emergency contacts still reach me?+
Always. 911, DOT inspectors, state DOT, FMCSA, PHMSA, NCCDB, CHEMTREC, the courts, and every .gov / .mil sender are on a safety allowlist that cannot be turned off — not by you, not by us, not by anyone.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime. There’s no contract. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing period; annual plans are prorated. No credit card is required to start your 7-day free trial.
What happens to my Shield number if I cancel?+
When you cancel a paid plan with a shield phone number, we hold that number for 15 days so you have time to update your FMCSA record and anywhere else it’s published. Resubscribe within that window and you keep the same number. After 15 days it’s released.
Why not just use another phone number?+
A second cell line or a Google Voice number still rings for every spammer who scrapes it — it has no idea which callers are real. Shield filters every call, text, and email against your allow list and the always-on safety allowlist, so the junk is stopped before it reaches you while real business gets through.

Use all of it, from day one.

No premium tier. No locked features. Every plan includes everything.
